Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading
These are the terms and conditions that apply to carriage under a Holship Holding A/S Bill of Lading. By accepting the Bill of Lading, the Merchant agrees to be bound by all of its stipulations, exceptions and conditions — whether written, printed, stamped or incorporated on its face or reverse.
The conditions apply to carriage on board an ocean vessel, feeder or other means of transport, and also where the transport is performed by one mode of transport only.
The terms cover the whole journey — from the port or place of receipt to the port or place of delivery — including discharge, delivery and any onward carriage arranged on the Merchant’s behalf.

The PDF is the authoritative version. In the case of inconsistency between the Bill of Lading and the applicable tariff, the Bill of Lading shall prevail.
